Hivemind is a fully student-led FIRST Tech Challenge team (#23396) from Spring Hill, Tennessee. We compete at the top of the state and share what we learn with the entire FIRST community, for free.

Backed by
We design, build and code a new competition robot every season, entirely in-house. In 2026 we finished as the top-ranked team in Tennessee by OPR, and every subsystem, from the drivetrain to the autonomous code, is the work of students.
Between competitions we run some of the most-used free resources in FIRST Tech Challenge: the Worlds Advancement Tracker, Clipfarm match replays, a database of 40+ engineering portfolios and the 12,000-member FTC Discord.

hey@hivemindrobotics.netHivemind runs entirely on sponsors and donations. Every dollar goes straight into the season and the free resources we put out for the rest of the community.
Custom metal, electronics and prototyping materials so we can design, build and rebuild the robot throughout the season.
Event registration plus the travel and lodging that get us to qualifiers, the state championship and beyond.
Hosting and development for the Advancement Tracker, Clipfarm and portfolio database that thousands of teams use for free.
Sponsors get their logo on the robot, our shirts and this site. Reach out for sponsorship options.
